This agreement
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Hello World Games & Apps
(“we”, “us”) covering the Nose Editor app for iPhone and iPad, including every update
to it and the Nose Editor Pro subscription. By downloading or using the app you
accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
The app is distributed through the App Store, so Apple's
Licensed
Application End User License Agreement also applies to it. Where these terms
and that agreement conflict, Apple's agreement governs, and these terms apply to
everything it leaves open.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or have the
permission of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.
Your licence
The app is licensed to you, not sold. Subject to these terms and to the App Store's
own terms, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to
install and use the app on Apple devices you own or control.
You may not:
- copy, redistribute, sell, rent, lease or sublicense the app;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, or attempt to derive its source code, except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
- modify it, or create derivative works from it;
- remove or obscure any notice of ownership in it.
The app, its name, its icon, its design and its code remain ours. Nothing in these
terms transfers any of that to you.
Free use and the daily save
The editor itself is free, and stays free. Opening a photograph, all
five nose adjustments, the automatic suggested shape, the before-and-after
comparison, undo, placing the nose by hand, cropping, rotating, magnifying, and every
format and quality option are free, with no time limit and no watermark.
The subscription buys one thing: saving without the daily limit.

One save per calendar day is free. The day is your device's own
calendar day, and the allowance resets when the date changes.

Sharing counts as a save, because it hands you the same
full-resolution photograph by another route.

Nothing else is withheld from a free user. No adjustment, no resolution and no
output format is reserved for subscribers.
The free allowance is a courtesy, not a purchased entitlement. We may change how much
of the app is free in a future version; any change applies from that version onward
and never removes something you have already paid for.
Pro subscription and billing
Nose Editor Pro PRO removes the daily save limit. It is
sold and billed by Apple through your Apple Account.
What you are buying
- An auto-renewing weekly subscription, currently US $4.99 per week or the local equivalent. The price the app shows you before you subscribe is the one that applies, in your currency and including any applicable tax — read it there rather than here, because Apple's price tiers move and this page is not what charges you.
- A 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Eligibility is determined by Apple from your Apple Account's subscription history; if you are not eligible, the app does not offer a trial and says so.
How it bills
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of a free trial.
- The subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Apple charges the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
- If you subscribe before a free trial has finished, the unused part of the trial is forfeited.
Managing and cancelling
- Manage or cancel at any time in your Apple Account settings, under Subscriptions. We cannot cancel a subscription for you — only Apple can.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro stays active for the rest of the period you have already paid for.
- Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Cancel first, then delete.
- Reinstalled the app, or moved to a new device? Tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen — a subscription belongs to your Apple Account, not to a device.
Price changes
If the price changes, Apple notifies you and asks for your consent where its rules
require it, and the new price applies from the next renewal. You can always cancel
before that renewal instead.
Refunds
All purchases run through Apple, so all refunds do too. We have no access to your
payment details and cannot issue a refund ourselves.

under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Nothing here limits any refund
or withdrawal right you have under the consumer law of your own country.
Your photographs and your responsibility
The photographs you open and the photos you save are yours. They are processed
entirely on your device and are never transmitted to us, so we acquire no rights in
them, take no licence to them, and cannot see, use or store them. Your originals are
never altered — every edit is a new photo.
In return, you are responsible for what you put into the app and for what you do with
what comes out. By using it you confirm that you have the right to use the photograph
you are editing, and that saving, sharing and publishing the result complies with the
copyright, privacy, personality, publicity and data protection laws that apply to you.
Editing someone else's face deserves their say. This app changes a
person's appearance in a picture of them. If the face is not yours, you need that
person's agreement — in most places, as a matter of law as well as of decency, and
for a child, the agreement of a parent or guardian.
Do not use it to mock, harass, demean or mislead anybody, and do not present an
edited photograph as an unedited one where that would deceive someone who matters
to the outcome. We cannot see what you make, which means the judgement is entirely
yours.
What the app is, and is not
Nose Editor is a photo editor. It moves pixels within a region of a
photograph to change how a nose looks in that picture, and that is the whole of what
it does.

It is not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical, surgical,
dermatological or psychological advice.

It does not simulate, predict or plan the outcome of rhinoplasty or
any other procedure. An edited photograph is not a forecast of what surgery would
produce, and must not be used or shown as one — not for a consultation, not for a
referral, and not as a decision aid.

The automatic suggested shape is an arithmetic adjustment toward a
proportion, computed from a handful of measured points. It is not an
aesthetic assessment of anyone's face, and it is not an opinion about how a face
ought to look.
If you are considering a cosmetic procedure, talk to a qualified medical
professional. Do not rely on anything this app produces in making that decision.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's copyright, privacy, image or other rights;
- edit a photograph of another person without their agreement, or of a child without a parent's or guardian's;
- create material that harasses, bullies, demeans, sexualises or defames somebody, or that impersonates them;
- produce a misleading image of a real person for use where it could deceive — in news, in advertising, in an identity or age document, or in any official process;
- circumvent, disable or interfere with the daily allowance, the subscription check, or any other part of the app's licensing;
- interfere with the App Store, StoreKit or the operating system's purchase mechanism, or fake a purchase or an entitlement;
- automate, script or otherwise drive the app in a way it was not designed for.
Availability and changes
The app requires iOS 18.6 or later. We may add, change or remove features between
versions, and a future release may drop support for an older system version. If a
change removes a feature that is central to an active subscription, you may cancel;
your remaining paid period is unaffected.
The app depends on Apple's frameworks, the App Store and your device. Face detection
in particular is performed by Apple's Vision framework, and how well it reads a
given photograph is not something we control — which is why the app lets you place
the nose by hand whenever it gets it wrong. We are not responsible for changes Apple
makes to any of those frameworks, or for a device, an operating system or an image
file that behaves in a way the app cannot handle.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind,
whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to
the fullest extent the law allows.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that it will find
a face in every photograph, that an adjustment will look the way you expected, or
that a saved photo will match what you saw on screen on every device. It is your own
photograph: keep your originals, and check a saved photo before you rely on it.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this
section may not apply to you, and nothing here affects consumer rights that cannot be
waived under your local law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental,
special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of photographs,
loss of profits or loss of opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the
app, even if we have been advised that such damages are possible.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the app is limited to the amount you
paid for it in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury
caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be
excluded.
Termination
Your licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. You can end it at any time
by deleting the app — remembering, if you subscribe, to cancel with Apple first.
The sections on your photographs, what the app is not, warranties, liability and
governing law survive the end of this agreement.
Apple's role
These terms are between you and us, not between you and Apple. We, not Apple, are
responsible for the app and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
- We are responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection or similar law.
- We are responsible for investigating and defending any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law
rules, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye have exclusive
jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory
consumer law of the country you live in, or of your right to bring proceedings there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms — to reflect a new feature, a change in the subscription,
or a change in the law. The effective date at the top of the page always shows the
current version, and a material change will be described in that release's App Store
notes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
If you do not accept them, stop using the app and cancel any subscription.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
