HD Photo Enhancer & Restore (“the app”) is developed by OZ Inc. This policy describes what the app does with your information. It is short because the app does very little with it.
No account, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking.
Every enhancement runs on your iPhone or iPad. Nothing is uploaded.
The only network activity is Apple’s App Store handling the subscription.
The app collects no data
We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There is no account to create, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking — not by us and not by any third party. The app contains no third-party SDKs.
Apple’s “Data Not Collected” label on our App Store product page reflects
this, as does the PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy privacy manifest bundled
with the app.
Your photos never leave your device
Every part of the enhancement — sharpening, denoising, colour and light recovery, upscaling to 4K or 4×, cropping and format conversion — runs entirely on your iPhone or iPad using Apple’s on-device frameworks. Your photos are never uploaded to us or to anyone else, and we never see them.
When you tap Save, the finished picture is written to your own photo library. The app requests add-only access to your photo library for this, which means it can add the pictures you ask it to save and cannot read the rest of your library.
What is stored on your device
The app keeps a small amount of its own data in local storage on your device: your enhancement and export preferences, appearance and language preference, a counter for the free save, and the “Recently saved” strip — a short list of your latest saves, each with a small preview thumbnail. While you edit, it also keeps a temporary working copy of the photo, which it cleans up by itself. None of this ever leaves your device; it is accessible only to the app and is deleted when you delete the app.
Network connections
The app makes no network requests of its own. The only network activity is Apple’s own StoreKit framework talking to the App Store to show subscription prices, complete a purchase, and restore purchases.
Subscriptions
The optional HD Photo Enhancer Pro subscription is billed by Apple through your Apple Account. Apple handles the payment and shares no payment details with us. We receive only the anonymous, aggregated sales reports Apple provides to every developer. You can view or cancel the subscription at any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device.
Children
The app is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages. Because it collects no data at all, it collects no data from children.
Your rights
We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to look up, export, correct, or erase on request. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your device.
Changes to this policy
If the app’s data practices ever change, we will update this page and the App Store privacy label before shipping the change, and the date at the top of this page will change with it.
